Neighborhood
Here are the top spots we think you'll love.
Known as the Center of the Universe, Fremont is a quirky and fun neighborhood that is unlike any other in Seattle (which is definitely saying something). Some of the more unique facets of the area include the Fremont Troll, a huge concrete troll nestled underneath the Aurora Avenue Bridge, a 16-foot tall statue of Lenin, and the Solstice Parade, which includes its fair share of naked bicyclists. On the more reserved hand, however, Fremont is home to several large IT businesses, like Google and Adobe. If you’re a food or beer lover, you won’t be disappointed with the area’s offerings as there are dozens of options with a little something for everyone.
